1999 annual ANSI design competition
1999 annual ANSI design competition is here!
Simply design an ANSI document to be used for the CYBERIAN BBS and #cyberia on irc.dal.net.
Your designed page should have the following requirements:
  • The text "CYBERIA  | TerrorNet" must be clearly displayed in large  writing
  • The overall layout of the document must be clear, easy to read, fancy / groovy
  • The page must be presented in a dark, sinister and misty graphical format
  • The page should encorporate graphical items such as skulls, skeletons, etc.
  • Gradient fill fonts and highlights are highly recommended
  • 3D looking objects are welcome
  • The page should be saved in a MS Word format, or any viewer which supports coloured and highlighted fonts (the name of any viewer other than MS Word should be included in the e-mail mesage)
You final designed page SHOULD NOT include any of the following:
  • Any fluro-coloured text or graphics which would make the page look like a beach resourt, instead of a hacker outpost
  • Any full names that could lead to a conviction - use a nickname or a callsign instead
NOTE:
Since the ANSI competition does permit multiple entries, we recommend you enter more designs, which would greately increase your chance of winning the competition.

Winner - 1st place

The winner of the annual ANSI competition will:
